I love Psalm 122:1 that says, “I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord.” We have spent some sweet moments in the house of God with His people in the past 2 months. Our travels have taken us to churches in Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, Kentucky, Virginia, and West Virginia. We have heard Holy Spirit-filled preaching and uplifting singing that has encouraged and blessed our hearts greatly. The kindness of God’s people toward us has been so touching as well.

New Church Plant
While church planting is definitely our goal in Peru, it is also a blessing to be a part of it here in the United States. My good friend Nathan Snode was called by God to plant a church in Cranberry Township, PA. Our sending church and many other churches from the area were able to go and help him distribute information and knock on doors in this community north of Pittsburgh. Our schedule worked out so that I was able to go and help out two Saturdays with the other folks from our church. What a blessing to tell people about Jesus and to invite them to a church where God’s Word is preached and Christ is exalted! The Lord blessed with over 70 people in attendance in their first Sunday service on April 22nd, 44 of those being folks from the community. Please pray for Pastor Snode and his family as they continue working at Lifeway Baptist Church. I am so thankful to be a part of a church that is actively participating in planting other churches.

New Supporters
We are excited to report that 2 new churches have partnered with us for support recently: Trinity Baptist Church in Milton, FL and Temple Baptist Church in Lenoir, NC. It is a great blessing to serve with these churches and many others to get the Gospel to Peru and around the world.
