It is so wonderful to have water to drink not only for our physical thirst, but also for our spiritual thirst. Isaiah 55:1 states, “Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters…” What a blessing to have received this bidding from the very God of Heaven. Let’s be careful to avail ourselves of this opportunity and drink of the refreshing “waters” from the Word of God each day!
NEW ARRIVAL:
We thank the Lord for the safe arrival of our precious Lydia Joy. Thank you for your prayers! Sara and Lydia are doing well. The boys love their little sister and enjoy helping all they can. They can’t wait until she is big enough to really play with them.
TRAVELS
The Lord gave us safety as we travelled to meetings in OH, PA, TN, GA, & NC in the months of May and June. Please pray for us as we travel to churches in VA, NC, TN, KY, IL, FL, and MI in the months of July and August. Pray that God would meet with us in a great way as we present the ministry to Peru and that laborers might be raised up to serve both here in the United States and around the world.
ORIENTATION:
We were able to attend a week of orientation at our mission board, Macedonia World Baptist Missions, on June 18-22. Classes were taught that gave godly insight and wisdom for new missionaries and veteran missionaries alike. The time of fellowship was encouraging, and the preaching each night was so uplifting. What a blessing to be around missionaries who are doing the Lord’s work all over the world!
Thank you for standing with us both prayerfully and financially. We could not do what we do without you.
Rejoicing in the liberty that only Christ can give,
Robert, Sara, Josiah, Caleb, Joshua, & Lydia Stover
